Medtronic Endeavor Coronary Stent

This 3-minute animation depicts the deployment of the Endeavor stent, and the release of its medication, Zotarolimus. The animation is being used by the Medtronic sales force to educate cardiologists and patients, and to address growing physician and public concern for the use of stents in treating cardiovascular illness while highlighting novel device features. Because there are still lingering concerns surrounding the use of drug-eluting stents, it was essential to produce an animation that would successfully convey complicated subject matter to cardiologists in a matter of minutes, and deliver a clear message regarding efficacy and safety.
