Hybrid Medical Animation

Hybrid was selected by The Medicines Company and their agency Lifebrands USA to create a 10-minute animation centered on the role of thrombin in coagulation and intracoronary thrombosis and inflammation.

This sequence is from Chapter 1, and examines our current understanding of hemostasis and how it has evolved from the older “coagulation cascade” to a dynamic cell-based model that is more accurate – both physiologically and clinically.

While the main purpose of the animation was for large-screen projection at key society meetings, Hybrid produced the animation in a manner that allowed the client to re-purpose key segments into “mini-chapters.” These smaller segments appear on an interactive CD version of the animation that was produced for use by sales represenatives and their customers.
